Random Bits of Singapore

Our journey in Singapore is now over and because I want to start telling you about all my other adventures elsewhere here is a collection of all the random pictures I've collected from Singapore that I didn't have time to put into their own post.

1. HAZE: that one time in Singapore when the haze was so bad that the sun looked like a dot of red blur and the city resembled a post-apocalyptic movie.

2. HAJI LANE: the perfect place for a cup of coffee and walk around

3. STREET ART: which is rare, but refreshing when you see it

4. FOOD: one of the most telling things about a culture, and Singapore has a lot of cultures to learn about (meaning a lot of food to try!)

5. MACRITCHIE: a place to unplug and bond with nature

Since our journey in Singapore has ended (for the time being), we have moved onto the US for a few months!
I can't wait to show you pictures from everything we've been up to.

Wake Boarding in Indonesia

Time for an update.

1. I'm back in Ukraine!!
Unfortunately, every time I move locations bloggy tends to get put on the backburner.

2. I think I've finally settled into a rhythm here so I'll be again posting regularly!
I'm going to attempt to catch you up on all my adventures up until now with multiple posts a week so stay tuned!

3. And I've also finally linked my Instagram [redqueenyuliya] to my Facebook Page so if you want to continue to see all the photos I'm posting from around the world and like being the first to know where I am and what I'm doing make sure you like the Fb page.

And now, the blogpost.

I have a group of friends from touch rugby that go wake boarding every week, if not more.
I've wanted to go with them for a while, but I always seemed to have something else planned.

Finally as my time in Singapore was nearing an end, I finally realized I have yet to go to Indonesia!
So one public holiday I cleared my schedule and off I went!

We went to Batam Cable Park in Indonesia (or BCP for short).

But lucky for you, if you're currently in Singapore and want to check it out without the hassle of booking anything, I suggest you meet up with my friends.

You get to Indonesia via ferry, which takes approximately 1 hour.
And then a quick shuttle bus.
And BCP takes care of all your passport and visa handling while you ride!

Here's a little look at the park.

And a look at all the fun you can have if you go:

Make sure you wait to catch the last ferry back and relax while watching the beautiful sunset over Batam.

Next up, a quick summary of Singapore, and then onto US adventures!
