Pet Rhinno

I wanted to keep you all in suspense over this one! Okay, I lied... the Internet was just down over the weekend.

So continuing on with the last thing we did at the zoo was.... pet and feed white rhinnos!!
Chris has always wanted to do this, and I found a sneaky way how, when and where.
They're beautiful.
They also don't have teeth, which I thought they did. They have mouths like horses, but completely toothless.
At least there was no teeth where I was shoving my hand.

  

What an amazing place. Definitely worth a visit for anyone who's in Singapore!

We're Going to the Zoo

The Singapore Zoo is amazing. It's the best zoo I've ever seen, ever been to, and probably that ever exists, ever.
None of the animals are in cages. I'm not kidding.
The only thing separating you from lions, rhinos, baboons, and anything else you see there are natural barriers like moats, gorges, wooden fences and waterfalls.
Some animals like peahens and monkeys have free reign of the park and can be spotted on overhanging branches, on a nearby bench, or following you down the path.
I don't know why more zoo's aren't like this.
The first thing we did when we got here was have a hearty breakfast, with free roaming orangutans.
The next thing we did was get a map and decide on our route based on the animal feeding times.
And so our tour of the park began...

To top it off we did one more thing here that Chris has always wanted to do... No, not that, get your mind out of the gutter! I'll update tomorrow :)
